A minimum of £20pp deposit is required to secure a reservation. For one night only bookings payment is required in full. This can be paid over the telephone by credit or debit card. We accept most major cards (sorry no American Express) including Visa, Visa debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Mastercard. Alternatively if you are booking far in advance you may pay your deposit by cheque. Cheques must be received within 7 days of you making your booking and at least 21 days prior to arrival.
Once we have received your deposit a reservation confirmation will be sent to you. You must check these details are correct. Keep this in a safe place as you will need to produce this on arrival at the Hotel.
Balance is payable cash on arrival (with the exception of whole hotel bookings and group bookings where special conditions may apply).
Please note that we cannot accept cheques or credit/debit cards for balance payments. If you wish to pay your bill by credit/debit card this must be made in full at time of booking unless prior arrangement is made.
To make an Online Booking
To make a booking online payment is required in full. This can be paid by credit or debit card. We accept most major cards (sorry no American Express) including Visa, Visa debit, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Mastercard.
Once we have checked availability, we will process your booking and send confirmation. You must check these details are correct. Keep this in a safe place as you will need to produce this on arrival at the Hotel. Please note that your booking is not confirmed until you receive notification from us. You need to print this notification and bring it to the hotel with you.

Arrival at the Hotel
We guarantee that rooms are available from 3pm (times may vary during special events). Guests can arrive at the hotel earlier to check-in. However, in order to allow for departing guests to exit with ease we respectfully request guests do not arrive prior to midday (may vary during special events).
Upon arrival at the hotel please present your reservation
confirmation to reception. Your details will be checked against our computerised
reservation system and we will confirm your requirements with you. You will
be issued your room and front door keys and shown to your allocated bedroom.
