We always hold Fancy Dress and Wig party Night with Generous prizes. We have quizes and if we have time we have a few very silly games!!!
23rd December.
Check- in from 3pm where you will be served with Coffee and Cakes to warm you up and to tide you over until your evening meal.
5.30pm. Join us in a heartwarming Aperitif( brandy port and a secret ingredient) served in the bar where you will meet friends old and new.
6.30pm A delicious 4 Course Roast Dinner served with sparkling wine
followed by
Tea or coffee.
8.30pm Bingo!!.
Followed by an evening of Hilarious Entertainment to get you into the Christmas Spirit.
10.00pm. An appetizing Finger buffet will be served.
10.30pm. On with the Party Entertainment.!
24th. December Christmas Eve (possibly our fancy dress night)
9.00 to 9.30am. Full English Breakfast or Continental Breakfast if preferred.
1.00pm. A light Luncheon will be served.
6.00pm. A Festive 4 course Candlelit dinner served with wine and to finish tea or coffee is served.
8.30pm. Ready for a game of Bingo!!
9.30pm. A night of Cabaret entertainment and dancing with a finger buffet to help you party into the early hours.
Christmas Day December 25th
9.30am Full English or Continental Breakfast
After Breakfast please stay around the bar area to enjoy a sherry and nibbles and to welcome Father Christmas who has a gift for everyone and lots of YO HO HO!!
2.00pm Traditional Christmas Feast With All The Trimmings Served with Sparking Wine. Tea or Coffee
8.00pm. An informal but Delicious Evening Buffet Meal.
9.30pm. Bingo!
10.00pm. Entertainment and Karaoke fun and games!.
10.30pm. A quick game of Bingo in the interval!
11.30pm. On with the Entertainment and music!!.
Boxing Day 26th December
9.00 to 9.30am. A full English or Continental Breakfast !
1.00pm. Light Luncheon
6.00pm. Too late to count the calories so you might as well relax and
enjoy a delicious roast dinner and a decadent dessert. Wine served during the
meal and later Tea Coffee is served.
8.30pm. Bingo!
9.30.pm. Alas our last night of fun and entertainment. We are also serving another tempting buffet supper during the evening.
10.30. On with the Entertainment!
27th December
9 to 9.30am. A Last Hearty Full English or Continental Breakfast to send you on your way.

Some General Information
We call it a house party because that is the atmosphere we try to achieve.
Friendly and relaxed but at the same time we are very serious about the quality
of food, service, entertainment and standards. We make a timetable and generally
things run smoothly however it is Christmas and winter so we reserve the right
to be flexible. In the afternoon if there are enough people interested we play
bingo or perhaps someone will organise darts cards or a game of giant jenga.
We are happy to suply the prizes. We usually have one disco night. This will
be a mix of caberet with music from the 60's 70's as well as all the latest
favorites.And fun for all ages. On wig/fancy dress night we have a prize
for the most outrageous fancy dress or wig!! If we have
time we may have a couple of party games. Generally we just have goodhearted
fun and there is always lots of chatter. Anyone on their own is always drawn
into the fun. Our regular guests are very nice and always ready to make newcomers
feel welcom.

THE ADELPHI HOLIDAY FLATS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.
The hotel is on the Promenade almost exactly between the Pleasure Beach and the Tower. A very good position with bus and tram stops just feet away.
We have some no smoking rooms, if requested, however smoking is permitted in the hotel except in the dining room and sun lounge.
After meals Smokers may take tea or coffee in the bar if they wish.
Deposits of £50.00 per person are required at time of booking.
The tariff for 4 nights is £280.00 per person based on 2 sharing a double
or twin room. Single rooms have a supplement.
We have some family rooms plus we have our lovely 4 poster bedroom. Please request

New Year is a 3-night package very similar to our Christmas one and the tariff is £185.00 per person.
Deposits £50.00 per person
We have limited single rooms and supplements apply.
For guests who wish to stay for the 10 nights from the 23rd December to departure on January 2nd we offer a special tariff of £500.00 per person. This is based on 2 sharing a double room.
